What we collect and why

Waitlist and reminders: your name, email, and WhatsApp number — so we can message you before shows and when we launch, plus your shopping interests so we only tell you about shows you'd care about.

Orders: your name, phone, delivery address, the items you bought, and the cash-on-delivery amount — so we can deliver your order and handle exchanges.

Live shows: messages and reactions you send during a show are part of the show and visible to other viewers.

Site usage: basic technical data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to keep the site working and understand what's used.

How we contact you

Show reminders and order updates go to your WhatsApp and/or email. Every message includes a way to opt out — reply STOP (or إيقاف) and we stop.

Where your data lives

Contact and waitlist data is stored in our customer systems (Google Workspace; GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, servers in the US). Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Live video is delivered through Agora. Delivery details are shared with our courier partners only to fulfil your order.

We never sell your data to anyone.

What sellers see

Sellers only receive what they need to fulfil your order — name, phone, address, and order contents — and are contractually barred from using it for anything else.

Your rights

Ask us any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you — message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll do it within 30 days. If you delete your data, we may keep the minimum required for completed-order records.

Cookies

Only what's needed to run the site (language preference, session). No third-party advertising trackers.

Age

The platform is intended for users aged 18 or over, or with a guardian's consent.

Changes

We'll post any changes here with a new date. Material changes get announced on a show and via WhatsApp.
