Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

ISHBIK Live is a live shopping platform: sellers present products in live shows, you order during or after the show, and you pay cash on delivery. We operate the platform and stand behind the buying experience described here. The sale itself is between you and the seller, with ISHBIK as guarantor of the policies below.

Ordering and live prices

Prices shown during a live show ("live-only prices") are valid while the show is on air and while stock lasts. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled by us before dispatch.

Payment

Cash on delivery, in Jordanian dinars, paid to the courier at your door.

Delivery

We deliver across Jordan via our courier partners, typically within 2–4 working days. Any delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order. If the courier can't reach you after 2 attempts, the order is cancelled.

Exchanges — the ISHBIK Guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what was shown on the stream, tell us within 3 days of delivery — a WhatsApp message with a photo is enough. We arrange a pickup and exchange; if no replacement exists, you owe nothing and any cash paid is returned.

ISHBIK enforces this guarantee with every seller as a condition of selling on the platform.

Not covered: change of mind, a size you chose yourself, or items damaged after delivery.

Conduct in live chat

Be human. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or sharing others' personal information. We may mute or ban accounts that ruin the room.

Sellers

Selling on ISHBIK requires a separate seller agreement covering identity verification, accurate product claims on stream, honouring live prices, and the exchange guarantee above.

Content

Shows, recordings, and clips belong to ISHBIK and/or the seller — please don't rebroadcast them commercially. We may reuse show footage, including chat overlays, in our marketing.

Liability and your statutory rights

We are responsible for the guarantee described above. Beyond that, to the extent Jordanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law (No. 7 of 2017) that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Jordanian law; the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
